Billy Frasier, 45 years old, passed away November 15, 2021 in Seattle from complications from diabetes. He passed peacefully with his mother, daughter, and stepdad by his side. Billy was born in Portland Oregon, then moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he met his wife Karen of 17 years, her 5 children, and worked as a finance manager in the automobile industry. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking, hosting dinners, and being a great dad to his daughter and stepchildren who he loved as his own. He also enjoyed skiing, biking, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities. After numerous trips to Alaska to fish with his mom and stepdad he decided to become a resident of Kenai in 2018. He is survived by his mother and stepdad Jeff and Shelley Coulson of Kenai his father Harry Frasier of Portland Oregon, his daughter Savana of Silverthorne Colorado, and his five stepchildren Hayley, Caytey, William, Jacqueline, and Zachary, eight step-grandchildren of Phoenix, Arizona, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
